It seems North Leeds has an estate agency who actually know what they talking about at last.I sold my house with Hendys and the whole process was painless from start to finish. The staff are professional but give a personal touch which makes each visit or phone call a pleasure rather than hard work,something that other agents i tried in the same area didn't even attempt to offer. The wording on the house details are a bit wacky but they make for interesting reading and certainly helped sell my house. Their valuer was realistic in what she thought my house was worth and what particularly impressed me was, she was actually interested in what she was doing and enjoying it,rather than just thinking about whether she'd get the sale. The other people who dealt with me were knowledgeable in all aspects of the sale process and were never too busy to answer questions or help in any way. All in all,if you want to sell your house in Chapel Allerton,choose Hendys to do it for you. You won't regret it.
