Absolutely appalling service. Do not use if your relative has a disability and cannot speak for themselves.

Booked this company to take my father and his carer to a venue on a weekly basis at the same time every week. registered both as requested with personal details for insurance purposes and informed company he would always have to travel with a carer.

First two occasions seem to work fine . Has a short gap after this and cancelled the weekly booking by telephone when I was told this was not a problem.

rand a booked for yesterday for a slightly later time but taxi arrived as previously booked and took my father away alone without any attempt to contact either myself or his carer whose contact number they have for all of his bookings.

Were then extremely rude to his carer who arrived to find his house empty and said they would not come back for him as he was not registered to be in the car which they later admitted he was .

Do not use this company as they are not the kind patient understanding people their website advertises them to be.

They were to me by his social worker . I will be contacting her tomorrow with a view to having this company removed from their recommended list .

I am disgusted..
