"Annoyed"

I addressed the parcel to be delivered to my work place and was delivered to my home address, now have to wait 48 hrs, checked with sender and they have sent it to my work address, unable to contact as they never answer the phone and automated machine doesnt give the option to speak to the sorting office staff, pathetic..
