"Problems with making contact by phone"

This surgery regularly turns off its phone during regular surgery hours,leaving an answer phone on asking you to ring back during regular surgery hours. They also seem unable to give you what you ask for on a telephone prescription. changing your request to a standard amount that they think you should have, apparently assuming that their patients are not intelligent enough to work out how much medication they need.
