Mr handley i have been a customer of snakes and adders for a long time n think you are well out of order slating them on a public website when they are an excellent shop n the staff have more knowledge than you could ever hope to have.their animals are all kept in excellent conditions and their welfare is paramount.the aftercare service is second to none too.they are the best reptile specialists in yorkshire and i think you must have been PMT the day you went in.they are excellent and many more people will tell you the same.you have given them a bad review for no reason.i buy all my snakes from there and will continue to do so.i think if you had any problem you shud have kept it to yourself instead of making a show of slagging them off for nothing on the web.you are definitely in a minority of one hope ya dont get too lonely at the top. long live snakes n adders matt n chaz love ya keep up the good work lads.
