"Disappointed"

I used Leanora rose for mums funeral flowers back in may. They were lovely and at £260 were not a bad price either. They only thing was on the day the flower cushion didn't have a ribbon saying Grandma. This upset me as it looked like I hadn't included the Grandchildren. I let that go and later ordered two bouquets of flowers at £30 each over the phone for my friends. On visiting my friend and seeing them I was disappointed as one of the bouquets had one orchid and 4 other flowers in in it which looked sparse and wasn't worth the money.My daughter recently rang them to order a bouquets of flowers to be delivered to her friend a mile away but was told if the value of the flowers was less than £25 they would not deliver! We have spent a lot of money with this company but wont make the mistake again. I have ordered my daughters wedding flowers from a florist recommended to me in Wrose. They are very reasonable and I hope of better service..
