"President Charles De Gaulle in Leeds"A review of Polish Catholic Centre by POK Leeds - Thursday 19th of February 2009Advertisements
I don't know what date it was acquired but until 1965 this used to be a French Embassy and President Charles De Gaulle would come and reside here. With his agreement it was offered to the Polish to buy as he knew that the Polish would make something of this. From 1965 onwards the Polish made it their home. |
