I purchased one front and one back door for my through terraced property in Leeds back in April 2006 from Justin at Select Products. I chose Select Products as the company to go for after getting three separate quotations from elsewhere and I certainly made the right decision. I found that the prices were fair for the high level of quality I received but was has delighted me more than anything is the after sales service, it is truly sensational!
Only very recently, and after I had had the doors for nearly 3 years I found a problem with my door mechanism. After initially panicking, I decided to give Select Products a call to see if they would be willing to come back out and take a look at it. Within 10 minutes of my call, two really helpful guys appeared and not only replaced my entire mechanism free of charge, they gave the other (not affected) door a servicing as well. All this took less than an hour.
In today's current economic climate and with so many companies looking to find any way to make the guarantees they issue at point of sale void, it is refreshing to have a company like Select Products offer such a fantastic all round service!
I would recommend them to ANYONE and not just to people who only live 'in the area'.
