"From Banking to Security - Britsafe"

I am a local Leeds lad and know that jobs are hard to find. I just wanted to add a comment about this company as I have now worked for them for 4 months having worked previously in a (high street) Bank. I was not really looking forward to the change but from the very first day I was made to feel welcome with a definate feeling of 'joining a family' during the basic training and induction. My contract manager took me personnally to site for my first day and began my on-site training with the site supervisor. It was clear there was a very established and stable team on site and unlike other places i have worked there was no cripes about Britsafe, only praise- even when the contract manager had left! Maybe if the banks had been run with the attention to detail and customer focused approach i would still be in Banking, but then i wouldn't have found Britsafe!.
