"Great night out!"

What a turn around for the Barleycorn! There was a time when I wouldn't step foot near the place. But the new landlord has made a great impression. Mondays are excellent for the jam nights. People bring along their guitars and everyone has a singalong. Weekends are brilliant in there. Lively atmosphere. Dj and Karaoke. Everyone joins in and has a good laugh. The place as been done out and looks a lot brighter and more modern. The landlord is friendly and takes time to introduce himself and so do the staff. They all make you feel welcome. Big beer garden as well which will be great when 'The Ban' comes in for the smokers!! .
