I quite agree, I thought this was going to be outlawed, sometimes it can take 5-10 minutes to get through and on more than 1 occasion I have been cut off.

I also think it is unnecessary for non medical staff to ask why you want to see the doctor, where is patient confidentiality. Just tell them it's personal.

Hopefully things will improve with this new triage system being brought in shortly. .
