"Need sum help"

Hi people

I was H&S and union rep for a number of years and attended meny courses and gained a few credits by atteding these courses and received a few certificerts from hull university. Due to a house fire I lost a lot stuff and I would like to have my certificerts back but do not know how to go about getting them.
