Went into the Leeds Briggate branch with my teenage daughter who has Aspergers Syndrome and epilepsy looking for school shoes. Staff very welcoming and completely unphazed, fitted her up with two briliant pairs of shoes giving us all the time we needed to make the right choice - am definitely going back there. What a terrific team of people. Great shoes, too!.
