I see from the current Weekly News that the churches have started to sell Easter eggs. What have eggs got to do with any church?

This idea was "stolen" from the Pagan festival of Ostara. Certainly nothing to do with Christianity. The celebration of the egg as the source of life is a great deal older than that!.
