"Shocking food"

Myself and my family went today(sun 31st 2010) for a meal and what we experienced was extremely poor quality uncooked food with attempts to cover up the lack of edible food. my mother order turkey roast dinner her veg were not cooked raw and cold and they hid the tiny slice of meat under the Yorkshire pudding which was not suitable for human consumption after sending it back twice and still no improvement second time around we refused to eat the food and asked for a refund where the waitress asked if it was the just the food we were complaining about??? which we said well considering we waited 45 minutes for cold food no its the service too and left. also asked for a complaints form to be told they don't have one but have an email address? all round a most shocking experience which I wont be doing again.

would recommend you keep walking to nandos next door if you want a good meal.
