"Poor service"

On just-eat it said free delivery over £5 but whilst ordering online was charged. When i rang up they basically said it wasnt their problem. When my food arrived is was over 20mins late (delivery time over an hour) and they had charged me a different price to what was on their website. Whilst discussing this with the delivery guy he was really rude. This is the first time i have used them and was shocked by their poor service. .
