"Hurricane Irene no problem for Oakwood Travel"

Having booked holidays with Jonathan at Oakwood Travel for a number of years he has always given great advice on where to stay and superb customer service.

However it is only when something unexpected happens that true customer service comes to the fore and having been left standed as a party of 4 in New York due to hurricane Irene, Jonathan and Jayne at Oakwood Travel quickly took charge of the situation keeping in regular contact with us and confirming a reorganised return flight to the UK only 3 days after our original scheduled date - we gratefully returned to the UK today 1st September.

Great service which is much appreciated. .
