I'm a long standing customer of Swift. A householder who was initially with ASDIC Alarms over 30 years ago before they were taken over by Swift, I've enjoyed good service - until now.

Having moved house recently and not needing a security system I wrote and cancelled my contract with Swift. No refund on the unexpired part of my last DD payment was offered. I attempted to contact my account manager, Mr Brian Harkin, on three occasions to query this matter only recently to receive a short and dusty telephone answer to the effect that 'I did not give Swift 90 days notice of termination of contract and was therefore in breach of contract'.... so thank you and goodbye.

Not a way to see off a customer of over 30 years standing, I think..
