"It.s a joke my doctors"

I have been with this doctor for over 25 years and i for one think that in the last 3 to 5 years it has gone down hill'' you can never get a apt and a doctor has to ring you back.. i go to work full time so how can a doctor phone me back??????? to get a apt after wo rk is like omg there is a flying pig'''''''''''''it makes me real sad to post this i have spoken to the manger 3 times what a waste of my time .......... i would go so far as to say that what is happen is shamefull............. dont get me wrong the doctor flint and the lady doctor are so lovely and allways are very nice no matter how busy the are but please dr proctor sort it.............
