"Good old fashioned customer service"

We're a TV Company based in London, we were recently filming in Yorkshire and CB autos were recommended to us. Their prices were fair and they were very helpful in tying up paperwork at the end which is always a nightmare.

Dave was 'our man' there and because they are a small-ish outfit it was reassuring to be able to deal with someone who knew our account and knew our needs, you might say good old fashioned customer service. you can't beat it
