"Luke warm food"

Made many visits to The Wellington which are mostly positive, but went on April 23rd at 12.15pm,every vegetable was only luke warm, the only exception was the onions that were in the gravey, We felt we had to bolt down our food before it went cold. Did not enyoy the experience one bit. Is it so hard to have the food hot. Will give it one more try just to see if it was just a one off and hope they turn the heat up. But to experience that again will not make any more return visits..
