We instructed this firm to do a structural survey for a house we are buying in Roundhay,Leeds. Our mortgage survey said the house was ok for the price we had agreed. The surveyor from Connor identified that the property needed a new roof and roof strengthening plus wall tie work. The work is going to cost over 10k and the vendor has agreed to pay for the work. We are certainly glad that we had a full survey and can highly recommend this firm.
