"Appalling lack of service, daylight robbery"

I buy alot on ebay and constantly receive parcels late. You can see when the parcel was posted, you pay for a 1st or 2nd class service but you don't get it. I'm constantly having to ring or speak to my postman (if we have one)to get my packages delivered, it's beyond a joke. Some days we go 3-4 days with no postman at all. I live near where he parks, so i know if he;s been in the area or not. I dont think any other industry would get away with it - daylight robbery - charge you for a service that you never get. Disgusting!.
