"Better customer service at Greggs!"

Have to say the complete lack of customer service here is ridiculous, they treat you like you are asking for the moon a stick as a post to a bit of salad in your sandwich! The staff need some training in how to be nice to customers and not accuse them of ordering the wrong thing! Will never go back. .
