"Payments not made on time"

I have worked all my life and unfortunately found myself unfit to work I have been claiming eas for my contribution towards tax. I am suppose to get paid fortnightly but since jan 13 it's been going in fortnight on 1 occasion weekly on a few occasions and just not at all on other occasions . I always get the money in the end but after spending 2 hours a time to resolve it..
