"It certainly wasn't a breeze!"

Very poor customer service. I dropped in a dress for a 24 hour service. After calling all day on 'collection day', I eventually received a call back at 5pm to say my dress was covered in cage marks & couldn't be worn. I was told to await a call back from the manager which never came. I was left with no other option than to buy a new dress for a wedding, and as a result I am now an extra £150 out of pocket! .
