"Lacking the pamper factor"

A review of Skin Therapy by Jenny written on Tuesday 18th of February 2014

I received a groupon for a beauty treatment so I booked a massage to treat myself after a couple of days skiing. If you are thinking of actually paying for a treatment there then just don't bother.

The website is great, it's really easy to book and it looks nice. When I arrived, the reception area looked clean and professional, however I was taken into another room in the corn exchange that was basically one room divided up into three treatment rooms by sheets. It was cold, noisy and cramped. The towels felt old and thin, the bed was uncomfortable and creaky. It was impossible to relax during my massage.

Little things like not being offered a drink and the fact that my masseuse wasn't even wearing a uniform really detracted from the whole pampering experience you want when you go for a massage. .
