"Dirty, grubby"

Staff too busy gossiping about other people to service efficiently. Staff looked unkempt, filthy overalls, work surfaces needed cleaning down, would hate to see how it looked in the back if the front shop area was that bad. Too dirty, too grubby for my liking. Changed my mind about buying from there, value for money with a free tummy ache thrown in?.
