"Poor management"

I was extremely disappointed with Skin Therapy. Having booked in for Shellac hands, I almost walked out when I was shown the extremely limited range of colours (9 in total).

My treatment took place in the reception area, where I witnessed the manager (Paul) mistreating the women who work there, including saying things like "If I find out who has been unplugging the phone, I promise you they will no longer be working here." The atmosphere he creates in his salon is not conducive to helping clients feel good.

The Lithuanian therapist was excellent at her job, despite being made to use a faulty lamp by the manager, who is obviously cutting corners to try to make money..
