"Absolutely awful customer service. A real let down; nothing I've ever experience"

Chapel Allerton is a beautiful 'village' in Leeds. There are lots of independent shops providing a wonderful range of produce and gifts. Casablanca is NOT in that group. It appears to have a lot of quirky little gifts but the customer service was appalling. No smile, no greeting, the owner/person working in the shop barged into me as I was browsing in the shop. I then went to the till to make a purchase - was made to wait there whilst the ?two owners (middle aged man and woman) chatted to each other. I then had to ask the cost of my purchase as I was not informed. Awful customer service. Made to feel in the way and of no value to the shop owners.

A terrible shame. As said earlier; I love Chapel Allerton but Cassablanca is in terrible danger and tarnishing my opinion. .
