"An enjoyable experience at Skin Therapy"

I had read a number of very uncomplimentary reviews of the service provided by Skin Therapy, so it was with some trepidation that my friend and I turned up for our (Groupon) appointments today.

We were greeted warmly by the staff who asked us to complete a detailed questionnaire.

Then we were taken along to a room divided up into cubicles by curtains. This was the most unsatisfactory part of the experience - one normally expects a private room where conversations between clients and therapists are not overheard. However there were only my friend and I being treated so it was not a problem for us.

The treatments were excellent - a very thorough back massage and a facial. The therapists were very professional and explained what they were doing and why - and they gave us follow-up advice at the end of the session.

We were so satisfied with our treatments that we booked in again next month.
