"First time buy product on ASDA online and really disappointed."

I have order samsung tablet online and when I received the item the seal was already broken and the part is missing. When i try to call the customer servive the answering machine says they are really busy and disconnect the line. Do ASDA got only one customer sevice and help only one person at a time or what? Very poor service..
