"INCOMPETENT"

I bought a used gear box for my Fiat. They sent an old 4 gear rather than the 5 gear I needed (and indeed that they knew was required according to the vehicle details given to them when making the request through 1st choice spares finder). Also,after fitting we discovered that it was leaking oil so faulty.

I paid for a new gearbox elsewhere and paid again to have it fitted.

Meanwhile, I requested a refund - phone calls to Ricky on a Saturday led to promises of an email confirming a refund would be made by the end of business that day - no email.

Phone call on Monday - again Ricky.. with the classic line "oh really, didn't you get the email"..

Finally a competent person (admin lady) relied to my email saying they would arrange a refund - just tell them where the gearbox was to be collected from. Replied to her email giving all the details..

One week later - no refund. Rang them - spoke to someone who said again Oh, we didn't get the email saying where to pick it up from and when I pressed, saying that they should have as I simply replied to an email from them he gave more information.. well it might still be there waiting to be looked as as our admin lady has gone on maternity leave..

I WILL NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN.
