"Holiday ruined special delivery"

My Money for my holiday was suppose to have arrived Wednesday morning by special delivery. Today is Friday,no money arrived. The excuse by Royal Mail is it is lost in Leeds. I am due to go on holiday today. The refund will take a few days to return to my account. Thanks for spoiling my holiday. .
