In January a Direct Line client drove her car into my clients building Clear cut no problem Other than Direct Line's attitude and insistence to not pay anything It makes me cringe when I see your "look how good we are adverts on TV" which is definitely not the case

Can I call in tomorrow morning at your Headrow office and talk to someone about this unfortunate situation?
