"Dissapointing"

We bought our daughter a wedding dress from the Bridal House six months in advance of her recent wedding.

I totally agree with other reviews which document rude and unhelpful service.

During the purchase of the dress everything was fine, but my daughter after a few weeks felt the dress wasnt right and asked if it could be changed.

There was no way any option other to sell the dress privatley and come back could be discussed.

They were not even willing to swap the untouched dress for existing stock.

If everything goes right for you the service you recieve will be amazing, if something is wrong get ready for a fight.
