"Absolutely shocking"

I've been going to this hairdressers for over a year and recently the main hair stylist Tiger has either left or gone on sick. I went for a trim today and was in absolute horror. The staff were rude, the woman who 'cut' my hair was not helpful and could barely speak English. I asked for a good inch off and she took at least 2/3 inches off. I absolutely hate it and now i have to start the new year with hair that i hate. Never going there again, disgusted..
