I broke down today and Nationwide sent me a guy from Steve Sirrells out to recover me. I only waited half an hour or so and the guy was friendly, quick and helpful. My battery had gone, so he recommended a place in Leeds to buy one (which was cheap!) and followed me there to ensure I didn't break down again. He then fitted my new battery, re-tuned my radio and even filled my tyres up whilst he was there! I'd definitely recommend this company to everyone. What could have been a rubbish day actually became a good one!.
