"You picked up dog *hit and damaged the slabs."

That ws the reply i got from them when I telephone to say that 43 of the 150 slabs laid in the last 5 months had blistered and the surface concrete had come away.

I paid a £1500 to have my garden done with Slabs. they supplied the slabs and within 5 months a third of them were damaged.

Without even seeing them they accused me of causing the damage by picking up dog "poo" with a shovel.

! - my dog never goes on the slabs not even on the road or path when we go out.. always always on grass.

Even when i told him that i was lying they insisted i damaged them.

so here i am with a gardeen that looks a mess and out of pocket. Called a liar and told that i have been trying to cover up that my dog.. ( a small Lhasa) had "pooed" so much that 43 slabs got damaged.

He never visited to see the damage even though he said he did.. how do i know. I live in a mid tracce. Only way to back garden is through the house or from next door..But they have a 6 foot gate that is padlocked... so how did they get to the back?

My advice and my experience is i would never recommend them... cheap they may be but that will reflect in the after service ....
