"Felt invisible"

Was in Leeds store and bought a shirt. Stood with 3 people waiting to be served while no less than 4 store employees mingled behind the desk. Must have waited over 7 mins. And no one had the courtesy to say ' we will be with you shortly'. Turns out 1 person was a Manager and eventually started to show salesgirl what to do.

VERY BAD FEELING AND WAS ON THE POINT OF WALKING OUT, I DO NOT LIKE TO BE TOTALLY IGNORED AND THE LADY IN FRONT WAS ALSO GETTING IRRITATED.

Get them trained that politeness costs nothing!.
