"Friendly service, poor execution"

Had my bonnet and bumper replaced at Brydens following an accident just before Christmas. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and were quick to sort me a courtesy car, however since the repair my car had been making odd rattling noises on and off. Assuming it was unrelated to the repair I took my car to be looked at on the warranty by Peugeot, who have told me that the bonnet was not fitted correctly, and was not properly attached, hence the vibrating/rattling noise! Am now having to wait for it to be re-fitted! Not impressed..
