"Very bad service."

I booked a taxi with this company to take me from the Manchester airport when I come back from my holiday.The taxi did not come and the company refused to return me the £20 deposit the driver asked me for and gave me a receipt.The manager said he does not have an authority over the driver and can not ask him to return me my money.Not enough that I was left in the street waiting for the a cab that did not show up but also lost my money..
