"A warning to anyone who has a problem with shoes from Medissa !!!"

I purchased many pairs of shoes from Medissa. Some might say I was a good customer usually buying 2 or 3 pairs each time I went. On one occasion the sole came away from a pair of shoes 2 weeks after purchase. I took them back to the store in Morley and in the absence of Ian a member of staff refunded me saying there was a fault on the shoe. A week later I received a very nasty letter from Ian telling me I had purchased shoes too small for me and I was never to come to his shop again. The letter was very unpleasant.

I would warn anyone purchasing goods from Medissa that customer service is non-existent and Ian is not so nice when things go wrong, in fact he is very unpleasant. .
