"Poor costumer care"

VERY DISAPPOINTED with the service at Troy , Selby Road Leeds. Went to collect my car to found a person size black stain on my car seat! A very unwilling member of staff came to give it a quick wipe and since I was still not happy, I got shout at saying that my seat was already like that! Sorry Troy but my fingers don't normally became black when I touch my seats!!!

Maybe next time try to apologize to costumers instead of raising your voice to them!!! .
