"Where's my wife's shoes"

I bought my wife two pair of shoes seven days a go from Meadowhall Sheffield the assistant said we will post them to you this I agreed to we are still waiting for the shoes.we have had no contact as to why but plenty of emails trying to sell us more shoes..
