"No regard for safety"

This company has already cost one persons life and I know of more who could have died . Most of the workforce are idle and lazy and the managing director does not have a clue what goes on. He lied and lied over and over about my prospects at the company and time and time again I asked for a copy of my signed contract where I had been offered a better wage but I never got that wage and later found out after I had left they had shredded my contract so I never had any prof. The four years i worked there were the most unhappiest in my life. Thankfully I know work somewhere where I am truly appreciated and in the space of a year have had 4 pay rises. I wish I had left there sooner..
