We repeatedly reported numerous problems with our property to Handley Gibson, but every time they failed to address them. We asked them to repoint the mortar that is loose in many places around the building, get rid of damp, etc, etc, etc. Our maintenance requests were either being ignored, falsely reported as resolved, or refused altogether. Other residents in our block of flats say they have the same experience..
