"Don't goto citrus if you wan't to eat.."

We arrived at citrus at 7.15 last night, a large party of fourteen to celebrate four family birthdays. We waited twenty minutes to be shown a menu or have a drinks order taken even though there was only a few othe customers. A small crowed of staff could be seen huddled round the bar.

When our order was finally taken we had to wait one hour for our starters, we had decided to share olives hommous and tomato garlic bread, the hommous was flavourless but the tomato garlic bread was good. It took another twenty minutes for our plates to be cleared at which time we said if our mains where not here in twenty minutes we would be leaving. No food arrived. We where compensated with ONE bottle of house rose. All FOURTEEN people where drinking red. We gave the wine back and tried to pay but the card machine wasn't working and it took us another fifteen minuts to get out of there.

It was by far the worse dining experience I have ever had . .
