I am a very satisfied customer of yours and have been trying to 'phone you this afternoon to ask one or two questions.

You supplied me with plus twos & fours afew years ago but over the years they seem to have shrunk !! Thank you for sending me all your details, but I am only interested in replacing my Black Watch tartan plus twos. If I was to send you my old pair could you please make me another pair with a 40inch waist and slightly larger on the hips (I will meassure them for you). The other measurements should be OK.

Also could you please make tha necessary alterations to my old pair so that I have a spare pair when my new pair needs cleaning.
