"Is anyone there??????????"

Having tried since the end of January to contact the firm to have my alarm serviced (an Eagle Eye one) I am beginning to wonder if the firm is still in business. It certainly doesn't seem to want to be contacted.

The phone rings and rings - it does now and then seem tom transfer to another number/line and then very occasionaly appears to go to an answer phone but there is never a response.

Up to this year I would have recommended the firm to anyone but..........
